Installing GeeTeeDee on Ubuntu/Debian and Fedora/openSuSE

Starting from version 0.1.205, GeeTeeDee is available for both Ubuntu(.deb) and Fedora(.rpm) based Linux-es.

Getting and installing GeeTeeDee (v0.1.205)

For Ubuntu/Debian(.deb) - 6.6 MB
  1. Download the .deb file from HERE
  2. Open terminal and 'cd' to downloaded directory
  3. type: sudo dpkg -i package_name.deb
    4. For v 0.1.205 type: sudo dpkg -i codea-geeteedee_0.1.205_i386.deb

GeeTeeDee 0.1.205 Running On Ubuntu 10.10


For Fedora/openSuSE(.rpm) - 6.6 MB
  1. Download the .rpm file from HERE
  2. Open terminal and 'cd' to downloaded directory
  3. type: su -c 'rpm -ivh package_name.rpm'
    4. For v 0.1.205 type: su -c 'rpm -ivh codea-geeteedee_0.1.205_i386.rpm'
